Artists will arrive at 9 am to begin capturing the beauty of the Homestead and surrounding fields, gardens and landscapes on canvas. The artists will have until 5 pm to finish a 11x14 or smaller canvas framed and wired to hang. The house museum will be open for tours from 12:00-4:00 pm. On Sunday July 15th 3:00-5:00 pm, there will be a reception and sale of the framed paintings. 30% of the proceeds will be donated to the Homestead.

Also, watch an open hearth cooking demonstration, see our antique and vintage doll collection, visit our new dollhouse museum, take a walk around our beautiful garden and enjoy light refreshments. This event is free to the public and fun for the entire family.
